Sally McLean talks about the process behind Dark Arcadia for the British Shakespeare Association

Dark Arcadia was made possible by a range of grants and donations, including a grant from the British Shakespeare Association, which we are so very grateful for. As part of the acquittal of that grant, a short report is written and submitted to the BSA.

Dark Arcadia Creator/Director (and Founder of Incognita Enterprises), Sally McLean wrote up our report earlier this year and the British Shakespeare Association has decided to publish that article on the BSA’s official web site.

If you want a bit more insight into how Dark Arcadia came to be, you can have a read of Sally’s story with Shakespeare and the thought processes behind Dark Arcadia here: https://www.britishshakespeare.ws/dark-arcadia-and-the-wider-shakespeare-republic-universe-sally-mclean/

Thank you again to the BSA for their generous support of the project and for getting us over the line with our budget so we could make the series a reality!

Dark Arcadia is produced by Incognita Enterprises and funded via grants from the City of Melbourne, British Shakespeare Association, Creative Victoria, and Creative Australia through an Australian Cultural Fund BOOST Grant, as well as tax deductible donations from the general public via the Australian Cultural Fund.
